I signed in on the online app for a hair cut . When I got there my name was next and I was bumped down the list for a customer who walked in and signed in after me. I was furious !!! as I pay premium pricing for good service. I once left for bad service and decided to give the business a second chance. The purpose of signing in online is to save time and avoid the long wait . I was not happy at all on this visit.

I came to this location previously but didn?t stay because there was a long wait. I decided to give it another shot, walked in to no wait they took me back right away. Since it was my first visit they upgraded me to the MVP experience which was fantastic, my haircut was exactly what I was looking for, the girl that took care of me was super friendly and she actually knew how to trim a beard! I?ll definitely be coming back when I get a little shaggy.
